Mohammed Deif asks Muslims to “expel the occupiers and demolish the walls” of Israel.
A Hamas leader who has been in the spotlight for a long time, Mohammed Deif, called on Arabs and Muslims around the world to burn the occupation under their feet.
In an audio message, he called for a massive attack on Israel, which he described as a “deluge” and urged the “Islamic resistance” to join forces with the Palestinians and start the march to the promised land. Deif has been in charge of the Al Qassam Brigade in Gaza since 1996 and has been involved in a number of terror attacks against Israelis.
He has also been in charge of Hamas’s armaments program, tunnels, and kidnappings of Israelis to try and get them released.
Deif was the target of an Israeli assassination attempt during the 2014 summer war (“Operation Protective Edge”) between Israel and Hamas.
The head of the Hamas Political Bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, his deputy, Saleh Al-Arouri, and other members of the Hamas leadership “prostrate in gratitude” for the ongoing attacks against Israel.
