Israeli troops and tanks launched an hours-long ground raid into northern Gaza overnight into Thursday, the military said, striking several militant targets in order to “prepare the battlefield” before a widely expected ground invasion after more than two weeks of devastating airstrikes.

Last night it began, the beginning of what we may look back on as the actual start of WWIII. Don’t get me wrong, the events of October 7th are horrific, vile and terrifying to the nth degree, but what Hamas did couldn’t start WWIII. As we have seen, global support for Hamas is disgustingly and insanely high. But Israel defending themselves, I mean really defending themselves, that could start WWIII, absolutely.
