NEWS REPORT:

The United States will soon be sending a second aircraft carrier to the eastern Mediterranean to deter Iran and Hezbollah from attacking Israel in the wake of the war against Gaza’s Hamas terror group, ABC reports, citing two unnamed US officials.

The report says the Pentagon has ordered that the USS Eisenhower join the USS Ford, the latter of which is in international waters off Israel’s coast.

US media reports additionally that the USS Bataan amphibious assault ship will be deployed closer to Israel.
