Last week, US President Joe Biden reportedly told Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that he was ready to take steps to keep a peace agreement between the two countries alive, as part of a normalization agreement that the US is trying to broker with Saudi Arabia.
Since then, Netanyahu has said that the Palestinians should have a say in the US-Saudi agreement, but that they shouldn’t have a veto. He hasn’t said what concessions he’ll be willing to offer the Palestinians during his sit-down with Biden.
According to a Walla news site report from Thursday, Netanyahu’s aides met with top White House officials to ask what concessions they could offer the Palestinians during the sit-down.
